How can i remove this “blur” effect of the First Level of the menu?

I Need to made some change in the menu.
the first off all, i need to remove this hover efect of the main menu.

And i need to insert a signal, for the itens ho has sublevels.

should be just a “▼” like this sample: http://www.lik.com/

Hello,

Please go to css3.css and disable the hover effect for the menu items it should be around line 37
