Just switch to the RTL language via that template setting in admin panel.

Heres how it will look: http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_ores/?direction=rtl

Try to open languageen-GBen-GB.xml file, find following code:

<rtl>0</rtl>

and change to:

<rtl>1</rtl>
