As it is right now, with the JA Social Template – JomSocial 4.x literally ignores the current Jomsocial_theme_social.v3.2.x and defaults to the generic JomSocial 4.X theme.

Uber template does not have a “JomSocial theme” like JA Social template (Jomsocial_theme_social.v3.2.x).
