i ma using two layout, Home layout for hompage and deafult layout for rest of the site.
i wonder how i can make sidebar span4 smaller and middle content span8 wider on my deafult layout?
is this possibel, if yes how?

try this :
open templatesja_briskcssbootstrap-responsive.css. Then look for:
.span4 {
width: 296px;
}
and
.span8 {
width: 628px;You can update width property to your preference.

The responsive ability lets your site adjust to device’s screen.
When you change in bootstrap-responsive.css, your site will still work well on all screens.Regards,
