OK I want to create a menu at the top but for this particular menu, I want it to open in new window with broswer navigation BUT what I really need is for that browser to resize(make it small). The idea is I have a widget that I want to place in this window so that customers can use it(so that it does not block my main site when opened in new window) and also browse the other pages.
So if there is a way or module/component that can help me achieve this, I would appreciate it

I think I have an idea about what I want, I need the same module like the custom Youtube module used with the teline II. The question is how can I create one and use a widget code instead of the youtube code, so that when you click on the link it pop up like the youtube module where it can be moved around

Well I am not sure if the highslide would work since it will work with the current page, and it disappear as soon as you click on another page.
So I need something that will open new window and resize that window at the same time
