I need extra fields in my registration form. How can I make CB my default registration, because I need extra information to be required before log-in.

Also how do I create validation rules for the email field, and is there any modules avaliable that limit registration using referal codes.

This may not be the correct answer but have you tried ‘under tools’ in CB to install the sample data? That may trigger the extra fields for your registration.
