I am following the doc to create like your demo, but I found the the module position I saw from my template is different from the demo:

why? how to have the same positions like your demo?

I also could not add and resize module positions like T3 video. why?

Have you used the Quickstart-package to install the site or have you installed the template package on top of your own site?

If you used quickstart, it seems you might not install the default demo content during installation process.
