I need to make a home page as in the example http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#templates.joomlart.com/ja_anion
I want that articles placed down one by one.
The problem is that the second article is cut and text of the article is behind a picture.

How to customize home page? In the menu? Or is this module should be?

Maybe you miss-understand how the blog layout works.

You should have an image then a little intro text. You would then click on the readmore button at the bottom of the editor and then create the body of your article after that.

The image before the readmore is not automatically resized for you. You would either need to resize that to the correct dimensions or use a plugin that does it for you such as the excellent JA Thumbnail.
