Hi,

I’d like to creat a certain contact form where the subject would already be filled by ‘request a quotation’. My site is bilingual so I’ll need the subject in another language.

You can find 3rd party extension for contact form in Joomla extension directory that offer such options to edit/make custom contact forms.
