Hi,
You login backend > Extensions > Module Manager > K2 categories.Show Title to No.

Hi there,
If you are installed from our quickstart. It’s custom module with title K2 Categories.

administrator/index.php?option=com_modules&client=0&task=edit&id=89

Just disable it if you don’t want to use.
