I have a site which already has joomla registered users.

How can they sign up as job seekers, since the system says email already in use.

I dont want to bulk import them as job seekers, since its their choice to use it or not.

the register as job seeker link doesnt work for logged in users.

Please advise.

You need enable JA Jobboard Menu module which will display the link to update Joomla user to Jobseeker user / Employer user.
