If you wish to have contact page with contact form as our demo site of this template:

• Go to Components > Contact > Create a new contact (if you have not any at this moment)
• Navigate to Menus > Main menu (the main menu on your site) > Contact Us > change menu type to ‘Single Contact’ and select the contact you wish.

One option you can try is to put Contact Form into a module and position that module inside article you want. You can seek for a suitable module in JED
