I am using Blog – Content Section for sub-sections of my site. I see I can edit the default content but don’t see how I can add new content. Its probably obvious, but I’ve looked every where and find no hints!

The Blog will typically grab all items listed in the Content Section unless you changed the settings within the Blog itself. So any new content that you create will be picked up by the Blog.
