Hi all,

Im just wondering is there is a document on how to add extra fields to the JA Quick Contact form (i.e. phone number). if i had a guide i know i wont break it :-[

its ok, i figured it out for the admin and front end. attached is the mod files and the .ini file the two fields added are phone and hospital.
