July 11, 2016 at 5:42 am #948680Hi
I do not know about your custom work , you can download the fresh package of template and compare both files .
the file is "/html/com_k2/directory/item.php" in template "ja_directory".I found the item-sidebar(loadposition ) code is not present on your site , i added it in the above file and now the position work .

July 13, 2016 at 8:21 am #949533Hi
that’s fine . In future , you should remember the change , or make a copy before customizing the file .The module code was missing . -
