Im wondering how I add those modules, I would like the yellow one to be for news flashes.

Also I would need to change the color of them because this site has to be specific colors for a non profit organization.

To mimic the Antares Demo Site you need to add the Newsflash module to one of those three positions: user8, user9 or top using the Modules menu > Site Modules and add -orange to its Module Class Suffix field.

At the Site Menu > Template Manager > Dite Templapes you can edit the CSS style definitions for your template in order to change the colors (you might need to change and FTP some images too).
