Hi bookpeg

In Admin, go to your ‘Extensions’ menu and choose ‘Module Manager’.

Locate the JA News Frontpage module in the list:

Open the module and make changes in the ‘Parameters’ area on the right hand side:

Change the amount of text and image sizes until you are happy with the front page appearance.
