Dear weissefar!

Please open the file: /templates/ja_lead/css/colors/handwritten_dark.css and find codes:

#ja-botsl a:hover,
#ja-botsl a:focus,
#ja-botsl a:active {
color: #858585;
}

plugin adjust the value of the color attribute in the above css
