I was wondering how do I changed my avatar. I noticed that JA Mitius came with a default avatar. How do people that register an account upload their own avatar. I’m having problems figuring this out. I downloaded vs 2.5 before and i could change it. But version 3. I have no clue on how to. please help…

Hi there,

To allow your users upload their avatars during registration you need to enable user profile in K2: Components -> K2 -> Parameters -> tab Advanced -> Enable K2 User Profile -> Yes:

Once this step is done, when your visitor clicks on the “Create an account” link from within a login module, he will arrive into K2 registration form with avatar upload field:

Should he opt to miss this step during registration, he can always upload his avatar later from within his K2 profile:
