How do I change background color of the news module link (the category) – the one at the top of each news module?

I don’t want it to be white, but I can’t find the code to modify. I want just the category title background to be a different color. when the page loads, not only when i move the mouse over it.

make a copy of templates/ja_kulanite/images/h3-bg-hilite.gif
rename to h3-bg.gif and replace the file at templates/ja_kulanite/images/h3-bg.gif

if you want other color just edit h3-bg.gif accordingly
