1) How do I modify the JA Travel Logo at the bottom of the home page??

2) how do I modify the phrase?

3) do I need to keep the Feed your brain joomla shop at the bottom or can I change that?

You can disable it by going to your template manager.

To change the copyrights text and links at the footer, I have done the following steps:

1- I use the extension called Extplorer. You can download it via this link. http://extplorer.net/attachments/download/12/com_eXtplorer_2.1.0RC5.zip

2- Upload it to your site the same way you upload any other Joomla! extension. Then clik on it and it will take you to your cpanel.

3- Click on Plugins>System>jat3>jat3>base-themes>default>html>mod-footer> and then click on default.php

how do I change only the JA TRAVEL logo and substuitute with my logo or eliminate JUST the JA Travel logo??

and change it to your logo

Please go to backend => modules manager => filter module as position footer => disable module which have type is banner
