I am using JA Purity II to build a site used by iPhone users.

I would like to change the buttons that appear at the top of the page when viewed from an iPhone. I did not see any obvious documentation in the wiki or elsewhere on the website.

I think you have to take a look into these files:
ja-purity_ii/layouts/blocks/iphone/mainnav.php
ja-purity_ii/layouts/blocks/iphone/header.php
