How do I charge for a hot/featured resume?
I have looked in all the wiki/guides and can’t see any way to do it.
At the moment when a new jobseekers signs up they have the option just to click featured resume.
Everyone would just click this! Then all resumes are featured. Which kind of defeats the purpose of a featured resume.
There has to be a way that all resumes are normal and then you pay to make it Featured?
Your help is much appreciatedHeR0 FriendHeR0

June 6, 2013 at 3:08 am #494951Hi Mapp,
Yes, you should disable the featured field in the registration form. Once done with registering. user needs to buy package Featured Employer to update account.
You can find a Featured Employer package in the sample data http://prntscr.com/18i05zRegards

Featured resume is not included in the system so you must set it manually.

June 10, 2013 at 7:02 am #495266Hi Mapp,
As the featured Employer, user will has permission to post premium job so you must clarify that what you want to create featured Jobseeker. You have to create separated package and permissions for this user type.
For example: allow Featured Jobseeker can post multiple resumes and this is not simple.

June 13, 2013 at 2:49 pm #495792I can’t believe you do not have this in the system already?
What is the point of Hot/featured Resume?
If there is not control over it then everyone will just make theirs featured.
This is a major oversight.HeR0 FriendHeR0

June 14, 2013 at 3:16 am #495847Dear,
As my earlier post, that field is an extra field in Resume for our future development and now it is not used in our component 🙂

January 9, 2014 at 11:32 pm #517961I see that a newer version of JA Jobs has been released since this question was raised. Do you have any timeframe yet as to when charging to set a resume as Featured or Hot will be added?

January 10, 2014 at 3:29 pm #518074I am afraid that there is no new update for Feature Resume yet. The feature for setting a resume as Featured or Hot is still not in place.
