This is an issue, when you select an image for an article the JA News Frontpage Module displays a different one. I found that it tries to match an image which is saved in images/resized/images. I have to go an manually remove that file on the server. Is there anyway to remove or clean from the Admin page?

Hi

From your admin panel you can manage the images through the menu item Content –> Media Manager
