Hello,
I think of myself as fairly tech savvy but for the life of me, I can’t figure out your system. I need to download/purchase these 2 extensions:

1. Image Slider

I have a JAEC membership but apparently, this does not give me access. There is no information about what I have to do, what hoops I have to jump through to actually purchase the 2 extensions. Can someone shed some light on this confusing “shopping cart” that is Joomlart?

The mega menu link you give is actually to a Magento item, not Joomla. So no good to you if it is Joomla you are after. Not sure why you cannot download the Slideshow as that should be included in your membership. What error are you seeing?
