I’m not sure what do you need to change on mobile version?

About mobile version on JA Social Template you can find it here

+ Default position on mobile version

Go to Admin site -> Extensions-> Template Manager -> JA_Social- Default ->Layouts-> iphone, handheld

+ Css files

You can find it

templates/ja_social/css/handheld and iphone
