Hi there, I am a paid template club member. I tried posting my query in this forum, sending email in “Contact Us” but all fallen on deaf ears. is there any after sales support for the template i purchase? or is there a special email address to send my support question? Someone please help…..

Hi Chauyue and ramonau,
I do monitor the forum and post to help as much as I can…We have some other developers but we are a little busy last weeks. Everything is okay now and we will try to give you quicker support via forum
