Hi, I just discovered T3 Framework and it seems very nice but I really need a lot more practice before I can get things done I guess.

I spent all evening trying to get my megamenu (or split, etc) to be on the right of my logo inside the header.

I played around with layouts, positions, modules, profiles and even modified header.php but didn’t get any result other than a blank div placed where I wanted it.

So I would really appreciate if any one could explain how I should proceed because it seems trying things randomly doesn’t work so much here

    Dear optimystic,

Normaly, the menus were rendered on the mainnav block so you can check codes on this block to copy it to the place you wanted 🙂

Thank you for your answer, actually I thought about this but I couldn’t find the block for the megamenu.

I’m using T3 Blank and I thought it would be in my templates/ja_t3_blank/blocks folder but there’s only header.php and footer.php and blank index.html.

So I looked around in the other folders inside ja_t3_blank but found nothing.

As I am writing it just occured to me that you might mean change the layout blocks but I tried to do this by moving my mainnav block into the header block but nothing changed even though changes were applied correctly.

    Is that behavior unsual ?

    Dear optimystic,

You can find out the mainnav block in the folder of pluginssystemjat3base-themesdefaultblocks

Thank you very much, I didn’t think about going look for it there !

My menu is now right where I wanted it 🙂

Could you please describe the procedure step-by-step. I wish to make such a modification on a Joomla 1.6 site. Also can you give a link to your live site?
