Is there a step by step instructions to get the videos in user 5 position to work like the demo. Im using Joomla 1.0

Please watch your language in the forum. This is your only warning.
I believe that all you have to do is upload your .flv files to your images > stories > videos. folder.
Give that a try.
Also read the user guide.
