February 27, 2008 at 2:45 pm #240409Joomlart’s official response to this question was “you need change the layout”. You think so? No #$%$ Joomalart! >:(
Please add a “Worst Answer Ever” button and a “Stop Ingnoring this Problem” button to go along with the new thanks button.>:(
If it wasn’t for Menalto, this place would have no support at all.

February 27, 2008 at 6:23 pm #240446Maybe we need to add a button “Calm down, please!” 🙂
You could try following steps to get this:
1. Modify template index.php file. Search this block of code (line 175)
<div id="ja-slider">
<jdoc:include type="modules" name="slider" style="xhtml" />
</div>
2. Move up above code, to under this line:
<div id="ja-mainbody">
3. Adjust slide width inside your administrator, module manager.1 user says Thank You to Khanh Le for this useful post

Trust me, you would wear that button out on the very first day.
Thanks for the answer. This is obviously the “easy way” that Menalto was speaking of.

February 28, 2008 at 11:52 am #240593Haven’t gotten it to work yet.
I have Frontpage Slideshow published to the slider position and it’s going crazy after these changes. It works fine in any other position.

February 28, 2008 at 5:32 pm #240652I am having a problem with the slider not showing the slider bar correctly. Can anyone point me in the right direction in order to figure out what I am missing?
