I can’t find any guide on how to limit (restrict) access to JA Builder for one of my admin user. Please help.

Hi
At this time the Only super user can Access the page edits you have to add another super user type user from Joomla admin to give access.
Joomla ACL for JA Builder is in the Roadmap and it will be added for future updates for JA Builder.
