The “single page” idea is great and really gives the visitor a great experience.
But it sure does come with some serious limitations… :((
First of all it takes quite a lot of tweaking to get anything but a module to show (Like a component). So you need extra menu-items outside the T3-menu.
Can getting your blog show on the single-page… Well.. Forget it. (As far as I can tell)New problem: How do I link to an internal page frem the single-page?
i.e.: On the “Why choose Us” page I would like each circle to link to a new page, that can explain more. So when people would like to know why this is “Ease of Customization” they can read more on a new page.
But then I link to an internal-joomla page all that happens is that I am taken to the front page.
However if I link to an external page (http://www.cnn.com) it works smooth. How do I get linking to internal pages to work?
Best regards

April 20, 2011 at 7:54 am #387216Hi noerkjaer,
I tried to add a link to a circle in the “Why choose Us” page and i saw it is working well.
Not sure why it is not worked for you,You can give me your admin account via the ticket UMF-339-62566 for a checking.April 20, 2011 at 12:29 pm #387270Sure! Account-info on its way.
The page is still in developmode and located at:
http://c2be63e89c501e01660200cb875882bd380e6e93.web17.temporaryurl.org/noerkjaer
Click “om os” and then:
The “rocket” is an external link
The “zipper” is an internal linkThe internal link is inserted via the “Article” function in the standard editor.

hi noerkjaer,
I checked the “om os” page but it is hard to see the “rocket” as well as the “zipper” links
April 21, 2011 at 1:01 pm #387502Oh. 🙂
It was the rocket-icon and the zipper-icon that was the links. But I have inserted links in the text as well. More obvious. :laugh:Sorry about that. 😎
Best regards
Peter

April 25, 2011 at 2:18 am #387890hi noerkjaer,
Maybe you have inserted wrong urls to your articles,I tried at my local and it still working,Can you let me know where you got those urls !
Also if possible provide me your admin account via the ticket of UMF-339-62566 for further checking.
April 26, 2011 at 7:02 pm #388395The links are made by The TinyMCE editor. All I do is click the “Articles” button and select the article I would like to have shown.
The link code is:
< a href=”index.php?option=com_content&view=article&catid=79&id=837″ >First I had the problem on a local JSAS installation, but then moved it to an external server. But same problem.
I’ve submitted some pictures via the ticket.
Best regards

April 29, 2011 at 8:05 am #388972How in heavens name did you do that??? :-*
EDIT: okay, just had a look at the source-code.
What you did was making an absolute link to an internal-page. eg
not < a href=”index.php?option=com_content&view=articl e&catid=79&id=837″ >
but< a href=”http://www.mypage.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=articl e&catid=79&id=837″ >That of course is a workaround that works, but not the prettiest solution…
But thanks
Cheers
