How do I make it so that when you click on Bookstore at the top (link above) you would see a list of categories so that when the user choses “Travel” then all the books that are in the Travel category would show up

First, you can go to Admin site -> Menu -> and click Menu Item Type and select mijoshop items, see the screenshot:

Then go to Admin site -> Component -> Mijoshop -> Extensions -> Modules -> and add module to show data in Mijoshop menu.
