Hi,
I hope your day is going well.
I’ve installed JA Smashboard and it came in with many comments. How do I get rid of the existing ones and moderate any new comments?
thank you,

July 3, 2014 at 9:54 pm #541117Hi Sea,
If I am not mistaken, once you feed JA Disqus Debate Echo plug-in with your own IntenseDebate or Disqus account details, the displayed out of the box comments will be replaced with yours. Please give it a go.
Regards,
Alex

July 4, 2014 at 12:39 am #541124Hi, Alex,
Thank you for your reply. It seems that ‘all you need’ declaration on the template membership FAQ isn’t quite truthful; I can’t download the extension.
Given that, how do I turn them off?
thank you,

July 4, 2014 at 12:59 am #541125Hi Sea,
“JA Disqus Debate Echo” plug-in is already installed on your system:
Please make sure you registered your web-site at Disqus.com and replace “jademo” subdomain with the subdomain you registered with Disqus.com into your plug-in -> Account setting:
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Alex
