April 13, 2008 at 7:03 am #127509Hello, All
When I can “sweat” details like this as a novice, I guess I am making progress…
My site has many links to external websites. I would like to configure my site so that when visitors click on links, they open a new window — not leave my site and have to press BACK to return. Is there a global parameter that I can set in my template so that the links that visitors follow always open in a NEW window.
Thanks,
George

to set param to open a menu item in anther window, pls open Menus -> Menu type (main menu, user menu,…), choose menu item which you need, set value for “On click,Open in” is “New Browser with navigation”. (as my attached file)
2. If link in content of article:
Open article, when you set a link, pls set value for “target” property is “Open in new window (_blank)” ( as my attached file).
