I have seen a few posts about this. However none of them have been particularly helpful.
I just need to move the search box onto the mainnav bar.

I’ve tried to use the mega menu item positions on the right hand side of the mainnav but it’s been impossible to get them to show up at all. The search position is in the TemplateDetails file bu not in the default.php file (as far as I can see).

I’d just be very happy to move the search box right now.
The documentation here is quite confusing for me, it seems all very very complicated.
