go to FTP (filezilla)
your root/templates/ja_teline_iv/css/template.css

near line 686 search
/* Headlines Module —*/
.ja-healineswrap { float: left; overflow: hidden; width: 380px; }
change so
/* Headlines Module —*/
.ja-healineswrap { float: left; overflow: hidden; width: 326px; }

Then you have to find a horizontal login module for example com_community builder have a module login horizontal…and pubblish this module in the headlines position….

if you want to space out from the head of the page as in the photo,you have to change much in the CSS.
I can get a list. let me know
