Hi,

I would like to remove the text on the CheckOut page that says:

‘I agree to the Terms of Service (Terms of Service)’

I would also need to remove the code that would allow customers to proceed with the checkout process. Currently, unless they tick the check box associated with the above text. they cannot proceed.

Can anyone assist with what php file I would need to work on?

I feel a dork answering my own questions……

The following steps will allow you to eliminate ‘Terms of Service’ on the checkout page:

1. Click on ‘Admin’ in virtuemart
2. Click on ‘Manage User Fields’
3. Scroll down to Field # 30 – named as ‘agreed’
4. Un-tick first two columns (Required & Published.

That’s it
