how do i remove the shopper additional information and the title Mrs displayed on the top left of the receipt been sent to customers that have shopped for an item..image is below

Hi zamoooik,

You can try to configure the Shopper info & Title in Component >> Virtuemart >> Configuration tab >> Shopper Fields.

* You also can remove title “Mr” in languageen-GBen-GB.com_virtuemart.ini.
