You can disable modules titled Footer and Top Menu (Atomic Template) in module manager (admin backend)

Thank you for your help. The top menu atomic took care of the bottom line. However, when I disabled the footer, the complete footer was gone. I would only like to delete what I see in the picture. There is a line above that which shows the site name and the developed by Joomlart which I would like to him.
