I have a site that i’ve been developing locally in MAMP on and off for over two years!

I’ve just noticed that the latest version of JA Larix is 1.4.1 whereas the version i have installed locally is 1.4. How do I go about upgrading 1.4 to 1.4.1, taking into account that I have some quite substantial graphical and css customisations already in place with the 1.4 template.

Is there a standard upgrade user guide I can follow or similar?

    Well,

You can use the JA Extensions manager for the upgrade. It takes the auto backups and even the rollback function. Read about it, watch the video and use it. Let us know the results.

Best to take complete backup of the old template folder to a safe place. So that, you dont fume over JA.. if anything goes wrong… he he

Trust me, JA extension manager is the best option for you.
