    How do I use the mobile menu for all screen sizes?

    Currently, the mega menu on JA Onepage template supports all screen sizes and it will be auto responsive with anything screen size.

    You can have a look at our mega menu userguide for more information here and find Megamenu

    Thanks for the quick reply but this isn’t helping me so far. When I go into the template and click MegaMenu it tells me I’m using the Joomla Menu and nothing I configure in there will matter. So I go to modules and plugins to see if I can active MegaMenu and can’t find it anywhere. I tried to entertain your suggestion in case the solution to what I was really looking for was in there but what I want is simpler than all that.

    When the website width is as small as it can be, it switches to a mobile menu. I just want to use that the whole time. Maybe in the future when I have the time I’ll create something more balance but I’m having too many issues and I have a rough launch date coming soon. Currently (since I changed the default logo size) the menu text runs over the logo part of the time or wraps onto a second line outside of the menu bar and in tablet view the mobile menu button is centered behind the logo instead of it being to the left. I simply don’t have the time to address every one of these issues right now so if you could please tell me how to make the mobile menu static I’d really appreciate it. I’ve played with the CSS for hours and can’t seem to figure it out. Sorry if I didn’t explain what I was looking for well enough the first time. Please help me.

    I’m not looking to fix everything right now. I’m just looking for a general answer. If I had the default template, how would I modify it so that it used the mobile menu no matter what size the screen width. A non-responsive mobile menu. Thanks.

    Which template are you working on?

    If you are using JA Template with T3 framework latest version, the mega menu will be automatically responsive with any screen size.

    To quote myself earlier…

    ” When I go into the template and click MegaMenu it tells me I’m using the Joomla Menu and nothing I configure in there will matter. So I go to modules and plugins to see if I can active MegaMenu and can’t find it anywhere.”

    I did not modify anything in the template in regards to the menu, it is how it came.

    I’m using the Retro Theme as the default which should be inconsequential.

    I’m not sure how I could be any clearer than I was in my last post so I’ll repeat that again…

    “I’m just looking for a general answer. If I had the default template, how would I modify it so that it used the mobile menu no matter what size the screen width. A non-responsive mobile menu.”

    If you wish to fit mega menu for all screen sizes, you can change it from LESS style

    Open templates/ja_onepage/less/variables.less file

    Change

    @navbarCollapseWidth: 767px;
    To

    @navbarCollapseWidth: 2000px;

    After making those changes, you need to click Compile LESS to CSS button from JA Onepage Template but you have to backup old css files first because when compiling Less to Css, all current Css files will be override.

    But applying this menu for all screen size, your site will not look nice.
