What are they and how do I populate the USER MODULES? None of the USER modules at the bottom are showing up, and USER MODULE5 and 6 on the left next to the Top Menu are not showing up either. Sorry I am a newbie to all 🙂 this………..

User modules are important diplaying content block of joomla. It can be a content of installed components or a static html module. You can make plain text modules or install from a zip installation file.
You can read more about it in Joomla User manual
