When I add modules I want them to still be in the nice translucent surrounding that many of Uvite’s template modules are in. How do I keep this.

For example, the built in banner system – I want the banners to be in a translucent surrounding. Or another example – I installed the AllVideosReloaded plugin and component. The video ends up being a plain player on my page. I want it surrounded by the nice Uvite translucent graphic. Is there something I can do to get this feature when I add modules?

What position you want to put module ? If you put your module to “user5”, “left”, “right” module it always keeps translucent surrounding background.

I am also having the same problem. I want to post a scrolling image at the top or add a banner at the top using the banner module/position or the ja-news module or position. This automatically causes results in no translucent background. I want it to be 100% of the width of the page at the top under the navigation with images scrolling across. I tried even using user5 and I edited the index.php and moved the code for it right under the nagivation. This however works with retaining the translucent background but the rounded edges disappear and it becomes a box. Its frasturating. If you can help please!!!!
