    Please provide the url of the site you’re working on,
    as well as set “Optimize CSS” to “No” within your Template Manager–General settings.

    Please try to open the /template/purity_iii/css/custom.css file, then add this rule:

    .off-canvas-toggle{
    display: none;
    }

    Yes, there is. Access your template style, Add-ons tab and turn off Off-canvas Sidebar button.
