under images folder (template folder/images) you will see the image that has the logo. just edit it and voila!

you can see css for logo in template.css (line 873)

h1.logo a {
background:transparent url(../images/logo.png) no-repeat scroll center center;
display:block;
height:60px;
width:264px;
}
you can edit logo is logo.png in templates/ja_sanidine/images folder
