In the Jobs list view, for example, there are options to sort by Featured Job, Date, etc. and the default sort order is Desc.

How do you set the default sort field and default sort order for the various list views?

Also, how do you hide/show the sort fields for the Jobs, Resumes and Employers lists?

=> Job listing default sort configuration also applies for Employer/Resume listing.

(2) Also, how do you determine what fields (date, location, etc.) are available as sort options?

=> JAJobBoard doesn’t support configuration of these options. You must customize template file to achieve this.
