I would like to know about how I can change menu icon in mobile theme to be show the menu always in all pages and working as css menu or any Menu System ?

In this case, you will need to customize the default mobile menu layout of our T3v2 framework to get your requirements, so that I suggest you to hire an experienced developer to help you handling this task. Generally, you can put your customized styles of menu on mobile into templatesja_droidcssiphonetemplate.css file.
