Try turning OFF the menu collapse option in the Template/Navigation tab next to Collapse navigation for small screens You should then only have a single 3 bar icon for the Off Canvas menu at small screen size.

but I do not want to have the 3 bar icons , I want the menu names that look like the normal version

The Off-canvas menu, accessed from the 3 bar Icon, is the normal way to show the Main menu on small screens. Maybe Joomlart support can suggest a css modification which maintains the usual main menu items below 768 pixels width screen.

The site looks very good but some translations into English are very odd. 🙂

As Tim suggested the Off-canvas menu is accessed in this way . The three bar icon is the button that is used to open the sidebar .
You can check the Menu system Here
Let me know if there is any doubt in this .

Thanks, but my client asks me this change , and can expand with your fingers or zoom to give images and web.

Kindly follow the thread here to get the solution for zoom effect in mobile .
If you do not want to use off-canvas sidebar you can disable it from template documentation as given in the documentation .

What did u changed in template . I checked template and package but not able to replicate this bug at my end . Kindly revert your customization and check this issue .
Also take full backup of site and update T3 Plugin and template to latest version at present both are outdated .

Do not forget to take backup of site before update and remove your custom changes .

How i can revert customization? or you talking about reinstall template and start since zero? web its working fine, only have this problem with menu in mobile version.
