Dear jmpi,
If i was you i would have followed the following steps :
1. Backup the old JA Sulfur Template folder to a safe place.
2. Unzip the new version of template on local machine and upload the content to old JA sulfur folder, overwriting files.
3. Redo the customizations of css if any.
4. Replace logo.
5. Update the language file from the new package into the administrator/languages/en-GB folder.
In case, something goes wrong. Replace the new folder with the content of old (backup-ed) folder.
If you are really going to follow the above. Best is to take backup of old template. Uninstall and reinstall the new version template.
If you are looking for updated files only, it would be difficult to provide a update package containing updated files only.
